Dr. Sobia Najm Masoud, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine
Dr. Najm joined Dr. Robert Wilson in 2007 at Wilson Pediatrics in Naples after graduating from her pediatric residency at Miami Childrens Hospital. She worked alongside him caring for patient families for 14 years after which in 2022 she started her own private pediatric practice, Beachside Pediatrics of Naples. She and her dedicated team as always continue to strive to deliver excellence in pediatric medicine to all her current and incoming families moving forward.

A third generation physician, Dr. Najm was born and initially raised in Great Britain. Later after moving to Pakistan, she graduated from Quaid-e-Azam Medical College summa cum laude as the Best Graduate with multiple academic awards. Prior to coming to the United States, Dr. Najm also worked at Rawalpindi General Hospital in Pakistan. She remains current on her Pediatric Board certification and is a Diplomate and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Since settling in Naples, besides building her private practice, Dr. Najm has also been actively involved at Naples Community Hospital. She served as the elected Chairperson of the Department of Pediatrics at Naples Community Hospital for many years. She also served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Medical Staff leadership at NCH. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Community Health Partners, the local physician hospital organization.

Dr. Najm is married to a physician whom is active in academics. They have a son and a daughter, with goals to continue the family medical tradition, and a very active Australian Shepherd puppy, Milo.

Lisa Romano APRN, CPNP, IBCLC
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Lisa Romano is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is nationally certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care. She started her career in Pediatrics at New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in New York City. She then attended Colombia University where she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing.

Lisa brings over 25 years of experience working in pediatrics including the past 15 years as a primary care provider. She has been an adjunct faculty member for Seaton Hall, Rutgers and Columbia University, training nurse practitioner and physician assistant students as a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
Over the course of her career, she has seen many mothers struggle with
breastfeeding their newborns (herself included). In 2017, she decided to start the arduous process of obtaining her IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant). She reached this goal in 2019.

She was named one of New Jersey's favorite kids' docs by NJfamily.com. Helping her patients and their families is her life passion. Most recently she had worked at a very large pediatric practice in Fort Myers.
She had been visiting family members in Naples for the past 25 years and was thrilled to be able to relocate here from New Jersey with her husband John and four young adult sons. In her free time she loves to go to the beach, read and cook.

Shannon Segaloff DNP, MSN, APRN, PPCNP-BC, CPN.
Shannon Segaloff is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is nationally certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care.

Born and raised in Broward County, Shannon is excited to bring over fifteen years of pediatric experience to Beachside Pediatrics of Naples. Shannon graduated from Florida International University with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Master of Advanced Nursing Practice. While getting both her doctorate and masters, she specialized in pediatric nursing. Additionally, Shannon has been a Certified Pediatric Nurse for a decade and was a recipient of numerous nursing awards.

Shannon's patients have nicknamed her "The Silly Doctor" because of her passion for pediatrics combined with her love for fun and her skill to connect with her patients.
Prior to becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Shannon was a reptile handler at Jungle Island, as well as Walt DisneyWorld entertainment cast member. Before relocating to Naples for the last five years Shannon worked at two well reputed pediatric private practices in Boynton Beach and Boca Raton.

Outside of work, Shannon is a mom to two boys and a brand new baby girl. She loves spending time with her husband, traveling all over the globe, enjoying the outdoors and above all making happy memories with her friends and family
